Tespack´s products; bags, power banks and solar panels are warrantied for defects in materials workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Tespack agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

Warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs.

Warranty after 1 Year
Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover issues after a year, however get in touch with our team to info@tespack.com and our support team will assist you by either helping you find the issue and fixing it at a small fee or giving you a 10-15% discount on the product that needs to be replaced.

Products manufacture to be durable & Resistant
Although our warranty covers only 1 year all our products have been designed to be durable and resistant and can last many years under regid conditions. Our focus is to support our customers and provide the best energy solution experience during their adventures, as well as protect the environment by creating long lasting products and avoid less wastage in the future.
To make sure our products last, we use rugged fabric “Cordura” and make strong panels that can withstand the rigors of everyday use. In addition, most of our products are modular, which means you can easily swap in a replacement part if one component fails.
